PARTIES, EVENTS AND MEETINGS AT THE HALL
Meeting and Training Rooms
We have a number of rooms which can be booked for meeting and training events. These are available during the week, in the evenings and week ends. The maximum number of people we can accommodate for conference meetings is about 30, The maximum for training events is 16-20 people.
We can provide a 50 inch tv screen which can be linked to a laptop or dvd player, wifi (password available on request), flip chart, tables and chairs. You also have shared access to the kitchen where drinks ect can be prepared.
Party Bookings
We take bookings for childrens parties and adult events, for example quiz nights. Any events playing loud music needs to finish by 8pm.
Bookings for parties are taken generally on Saturday and Sunday afternoons and early evening. Party Bookings include the use of the Main Hall, Kitchen and Garden*. Parties can run no later than 8pm on any night.
Parties are booked for a minimum of 3 hours. Set up and clear up time must be included within the time the hall is hired. If an entertainer or bouncy castle are being booked please check how long they need to set up and clear away as this must also be included in the time hired.
Bouncy Castles - We do allow bouncy castles in the Main Hall, but please be aware we have a maximum ceiling height of 2,4 metres. This means only low ceiling height castles will fit in the hall. Many local companies can provide bouncy castles to suit.
Alcohol - Alcohol is permitted in the hall but must not be sold.
Costs - The cost of hiring the hall for a party in £15.50 per hour, plus s a one off surcharge of £10.

NOTES -
- The garden is only available till 8pm or dusk, which ever comes sooner.
- Additional Week day availibility for parties available during school holidays, contact the office for more details.
